Tone It Up Founders Share Recipes to Get you Bikini-Ready

Dessert without the guilt! Katrina Scott and Karena Dawn, founders of the popular fitness brand Tone It Up, share their favorite bikini-friendly recipes with Us Weekly. And don’t be fooled; these treats may be healthy, but they’re even more delicious! 

Chocolate-Coconut No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 tbsp chocolate protein powder (such as Perfect Fit)

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tbsp cacao powder

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions: 

1. In a bowl, combine the cinnamon, oats, protein powder, coconut, and cacao. In another bowl, combine the honey, coconut oil, and vanilla. Stir together. 

2. Form into six cookies and place on an unlined cookie sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Serves 2. 

Ginger-Peach Pudding Parfait

Ingredients: 

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 cup diced peaches

1/2 cup all-natural, low-sugar granola

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1. In a blender or shaker, combine the almond milk and protein powder until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds and ginger. Refrigerate overnight. 

2. In two dishes, layer the chia pudding with peaches, granola, and coconut. Serves 2.
