Cops conducted a traffic stop in the afternoon of July 15, 2022, after Kodak’s vehicle appeared to have windows tinted darker than the legal limit.
Troopers said they saw that the vehicle’s registration had expired – and later discovered his license had, too.
After reportedly smelling marijuana coming from the vehicle, troopers conducted a search and discovered the pills and cash, Highway Patrol told The US Sun.
